【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheoptionsappropriateforCALMusingmobilewirelessbroadband(MWB)techniquesconformingtotheIEEE802.20airinterfaceandprotocolspecificationrecommendedbyITU-RM.1801andspecifiesthemanagementinterfacerequirements.CALMlinksarerequiredforquasi-continuous,prolongedandshortdurationcommunicationsbetweenvehiclesandtheroadside,betweenvehicles,andbetweenmobileequipmentandfixedinfrastructurepoints,overmediumandlongranges.Whereverpracticable,thisInternationalStandardhasbeendevelopedbyreferencetosuitableextantstandards,adoptedbyselection.Requiredregionalvariationsareprovided.ApplicationspecificupperlayersarenotincludedinthisInternationalStandard,butwillbedrivenbyapplicationstandards.
