【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheproceduralstepstobetakeninthepreparationandapplicationofaSamplingPlan.TheSamplingPlandescribesthemethodofcollectionofthelaboratorysamplenecessaryformeetingtheobjectiveofthetestingprogramme.TheprinciplesorbasicrulesoutlinedinthisEuropeanStandard,provideaframeworkthatcanbeusedbytheprojectmanagerto:--producestandardisedSamplingPlansforuseinregularorroutinecircumstances(elaborationofdaughter/derivedstandardsdedicatedtowelldefinedsamplingscenarios);--incorporatethespecificsamplingrequirementsofEuropeanandnationallegislation;--designanddevelopaSamplingPlanforuseonacasebycasebasis.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendevelopedforthecharacterizationofwaste.TheremaybeaneedformorethanoneSamplingPlantomeetalltherequirementsofthetestingprogramme.UltimatelytheSamplingPlanprovidesthesamplerwithdetailedinstructionsonhowsamplingshouldbecarriedout.NOTEAlthoughthisEuropeanStandardinmostcasesreferstothetakingofonesampleorincrementorthepreparationofonelaboratorysample,itshouldbenotedthatoftenthisshouldbemorethanone.ForsimplicityreasonsthisEuropeanStandardusessingularterms,whilepluraltermsarealsopossibleorevenlikely.
