【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC61850seriesspecifiesafileformatfordescribingcommunicationrelatedIED(IntelligentElectronicDevice)configurationsandIEDparameters,communicationsystemconfigurations,switchyard(function)structures,andtherelationsbetweenthem.ThemainpurposeofthisformatistoexchangeIEDcapabilitydescriptions,andSAsystemdescriptionsbetweenIEDengineeringtoolsandthesystemengineeringtool(s)ofdifferentmanufacturersinacompatibleway.ThedefinedlanguageiscalledSubstationConfigurationdescriptionLanguage(SCL).TheIEDandcommunicationsystemmodelinSCLisaccordingtoIEC61850-5andIEC61850-7-x.SCSMspecificextensionsorusagerulesmayberequiredintheappropriateparts.TheconfigurationlanguageisbasedontheExtensibleMarkupLanguage(XML)version1.0.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproductsusingthelanguage,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.ThispartofthestandarddoesnotspecifythedownloadformatofconfigurationdatatoanIED,althoughitcouldbeusedforpartoftheconfigurationdata.
