【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversseverallaboratorytestproceduresforevaluatingcorrosionperformanceofmetalliccontainmentmaterialsunderconditionssimilartothosethatmayoccurinsolarheatingandcoolingsystems.Alltestresultsrelatetotheperformanceofthemetalliccontainmentmaterialonlyasapartofametal/fluidpair.Performanceintheselaboratorytestprocedures,takenbyitself,doesnotnecessarilyconstituteanadequatebasisforacceptanceorrejectionofaparticularmetal/fluidpairinsolarheatingandcoolingsystems,eitheringeneralorinaparticulardesign.Thispracticeisnotintendedtoprecludetheuseofotherscreeningtests,particularlywhenthosetestsaredesignedtomorecloselysimulatefieldserviceconditions.1.2Thispracticedescribesapparatusandproceduresforseveraltests,anyoneormoreofwhichmaybeusedtoevaluatethedeteriorationofthemetalliccontainmentmaterialinametal/fluidpair.Theproceduresaredesignedtopermitsimulation,heating,andcoolingsystemsincluding(1)operatingfullflow,(2)stagnantfull,(3)stagnantpartialfill,and(4)stagnantempty.Particularattentionshouldbedirectedtoproperlyreflectingwhetherthesystemisopenorclosedtoatmosphere.1.3Thispracticecoversthefollowingsixtests:PracticeABasicImmersionTestatAtmosphericPressurePracticeBHeat-RejectingSurfaceTestatAtmosphericPressurePracticeCHigh-PressureTestPracticeDRepeatedDipDryTestatAtmosphericPressurePracticeECreviceTestatAtmosphericPressurePracticeFTubeLoopTestatAtmosphericPressure
