【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestocontinuoushot-dipzinc-andzinc-iron-alloy-coatedcarbonsteelsheetofstructuralquality.Theproductisintendedforapplicationswhereresistancetocorrosionisofprimeimportance.Thesteelsheetisproducedinanumberofgrades,coatingmass,orderingconditions,andsurfacetreatments.Zinc-coatedstructuralqualitysheetisproducedinthicknessesfrom0,25mmto5mmafterzinccoating,andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsandcutlengths.Zinc-coatedsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.NOTEThicknesseslessthan0,4mmmaynotbeavailableingrades220,250,280and320.Thethicknessofzincandzinc-ironalloycoatedsheetsteelmaybespecifiedasacombinationofthebasemetalandmetalliccoating,orbasemetalalone.Thepurchasershallindicateontheorderwhichmethodofspecifyingthicknessisrequired.Intheeventthatthepurchaserdoesnotindicateanypreference,thethicknessasacombinationofthebasemetalandcoatingwillbeprovided.AnnexAdescribestherequirementsforspecifyingthethicknessasbasemetalalone.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoversteelsdesignatedascommercialquality,ordrawingquality,whicharecoveredinISO3575.
